Just when i thought of grabbing a McD for dinner....
...i found enough ingredients in the kitchen to create a healthier alternative.
Smacked between 2 wholemeal breads, a classic omellete with a toss of curry leaves and tomatoes. And a dollop of chilli sauce for a spicy touch.
Simple yet satisfying :)
